Refund policy

All orders placed on the Hygi Labs website are considered final.

As products are sourced, procured, and supplied based on customer requirements, orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

In the unlikely event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify Hygi Labs within 7 days of delivery. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved through repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedies at the sole discretion of Hygi Labs.
